SHARON D. DAVIS is a partner with the law firm of Soble, Davis & Day LLP practising primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. After completing her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and being called to the bar in Ontario in 1991, Sharon became part of the senior management team of the Canadian division of an international legal publisher where she developed her expertise in legal research and information management. From there she joined a leading estate litigation law firm in Toronto where she established her estates and trust law practice. Sharon opened her own estates practice in Oakville in 2012, practising in association with Richard B. Day to provide advice to clients regarding Wills, Powers of Attorney and inter vivos Trusts, including Family Trusts, Insurance Trusts, Henson Trusts, Inheritance Trusts and Qualified Disability Trusts. She provides advice regarding succession planning for small business corporations, the fiduciary duties of Executors and Trustees and elder issues commonly experienced by seniors. Sharon’s litigation practice includes Will interpretations, Will Challenges, Dependent Support applications, Trustee disputes, Passing of Accounts and Guardianship applications.
